Our Family in the Civil War
Our family being predominantly from the South, of course the majority of our ancestors fought for the Confederacy, however I have found one ancestor who fought for the Union Army. Many of our family members qualify for membership in the Sons of Confederate Veterans or Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, as well as the Military Order of the Stars and Bars, or their female counterparts.
